In 1997, Electro Tharwat became one of the first companies in the region to be ISO certified for its Quality Management System. In order to maintain its leading regional standing with regards to its performance quality, Electro Tharwat continuously revises its quality system and objectives, and updates its operational goals, yearly, based on risk evaluations and return of experience.
Electro Tharwat also implements some of the most rigorous training programs in the region for its personnel, to keep all Electro Tharwat employees updated on the use of the latest technologies and working procedures. Electro Tharwat does so through its partnerships with third party training and inspection bodies, who continuously update Electro Tharwat’s training programs and certify its personnel on the use of the latest technologies and working procedures. With this system Electro Tharwat manages to maintain the continual improvement of its organization, while providing its personnel with the best opportunities for achieving continual improvement of their personal skills as well.
For each project it takes on, Electro Tharwat creates a project quality plan, which sets out the specific quality practices, resources and the appropriate sequence of its activities. Each project quality plan specifies the quality requirements for the project it was created for, and the procedures that are to be followed, according to the project requirements and the manner in which compliance with these requirements is to be verified. The scope of each project quality plan created includes a quality system matrix for the engineering, procurement, construction, and/or commissioning scopes of the project, depending on the defined scope in the awarded project contract.
