Despite the civil war in Libya, which had taken place throughout 2019 and 2020, and the COVID-19 pandemic, Electro Tharwat has managed to deliver the El Khoms 11 Gas Turbine Units Thermal Power Plant Refurbishment project, providing the capital’s grid with an additional 440MW, saving the western region of Libya from blackout.
